i think it was scheduled for like 3 30 so at 2 30 that day i got an e-mail alert that i have a message from my counselor on the better help website so i log in to discover that she canceled so ideal then and there i’m like alright like possibly something occurred you know like maybe it resembled a last minute thing that she had to like attend to i’m an extremely understanding person if anything so i resembled all right cool like even though i was very thrilled to lastly speak with her to lastly you know talk with her i resembled okay it’s fine you understand so i just raved my day so the next day i got an e-mail from her like hey i’m sorry that i needed to cancel however you can reschedule all right so i said all right that’s fine um what dates are you available so she sent me the dates that she’s available again which was another week out from the day that we were talking so i’m similar to wow you know like you canceled on me and now i can’t like you’re not trying to squeak me in like within the next 2 days or three days you schedule me another week out however i resemble alright possibly she’s busy like perhaps she has many bookends that she can’t squeeze me in perhaps i’m just comprising all these like made these assumptions all right so i rescheduled y’ all the 2nd scheduled meeting comes up a lot to you not an hour prior to we’re supposed to fulfill she cancels she cancels so now there’s no excuse i’m pissed this is supposed to be a professional

much like you understand what no i’m finished with this like i’m not going to sit here and do this whole thing over um i can’t do it so i just can’t i they have an alternative to like end your membership or cancel i canceled and i requested my cash bit like i was going to do another therapist however i resembled he probably gon na do this to me for another 2 weeks too and after that when i go to attempt to get my refund they’re going to say oh well you were using the cert i don’t understand they’re going to try to make up something and state i had the membership for a month so it was no chance i might get my refund that two-week mark when she did that the 2nd time i stated you know what that’s it and when you cancel the 2nd time it was no seriousness to attempt to fill me in or try to make.
