i think it was set up for like 3 30 so at 2 30 that day i got an email alert that i have a message from my counselor on the better help website so i log in to find out that she canceled so right then and there i resemble fine like maybe something occurred you know like maybe it resembled a last minute thing that she needed to like address i’m a very comprehending individual if anything so i was like okay cool like even though i was extremely delighted to lastly talk to her to lastly you understand talk with her i was like all right it’s okay you understand so i simply went on about my day so the next day i got an email from her like hi i’m sorry that i needed to cancel however you can reschedule alright so i stated alright that’s fine um what dates are you offered so she sent me the dates that she’s offered once again which was another week out from the day that we were talking so i’m much like wow you understand like you canceled on me and now i can’t like you’re not attempting to squeak me in like within the next two days or three days you arrange me another week out but i resemble all right maybe she’s busy like perhaps she has many bookends that she can’t squeeze me in perhaps i’m simply comprising all these like made these presumptions all right so i rescheduled y’ all the 2nd scheduled meeting turns up a lot to you not an hour before we’re expected to meet she cancels she cancels so now there’s no excuse i’m pissed this is expected to be an expert

just like you know what no i’m made with this like i’m not going to sit here and do this whole thing over um i can’t do it so i simply can’t i they have an option to like end your subscription or cancel i canceled and i requested my cash bit like i was going to do another counselor but i resembled he probably gon na do this to me for another two weeks too and after that when i go to try to get my refund they’re going to say oh well you were using the cert i don’t know they’re going to try to comprise something and say i had the membership for a month so it was no way i might get my money back that two-week mark when she did that the second time i said you know what that’s it and when you cancel the 2nd time it was no seriousness to try to fill me in or attempt to make.
